Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times

Once requested items are in stock we endeavour to ship all orders placed before 2pm for next day delivery. Orders recieved after 2pm will be processed the following day.

Orders are generally delivered between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday - Friday (except Bank Holidays). If you require a specific time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate although it is not possible to give guaranteed delivery times.

We use highly reputable courier companies however delays can occur for which we cannot be held responsible. If a delivery is urgent we suggest arranging a collection from our warehouse.

It is the customer's responsibility to supply a site contact and mobile number to ensure signing and acceptance of a delivery. Cabinets and large items are delivered kerbside and we cannot be held responsible for transporting goods up stairwells and office locations so please ensure enough staff are on hand to move goods to the desired location.

Delivery Costs

Freight is charged on all deliveries. Guideline costs are $30 ex GST for small box items below 25 kilos. Bulky items such as Racks and UPS delivered nationwide will be charged at cost.

International Delivery

4LAN can offer an international service. Please call our office for further details.

Shipping Agreements

All items purchased from 4LAN are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon collection from our warehouse. 4 LAN will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay occurring to goods in transit. Accordingly we recommend that you arrange your own transit insurance.

If goods are visibly damaged upon delivery do not accept the delivery upon signing the delivery. On signing the delivery docket you are accepting the product in good condition and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
